ice cream

Ingredients:
Whole Milk 1 Lit+150ml
Corn flour 100gms
Powdered Sugar 100gms
Essence few drops of any flavour of your choice
Method:
First add corn flour to 150ml of warm milk and mix well. Keep it separately. Boil the 1ltr milk. When it boils decrease the flame and add corn flour mix slowly and keep stirring. Increase the flame and let it boil for 10 or 15 minutes. Add sugar and keep stirring for 2minutes. Keep it away until it cools. Then beat it well in mixie. Pour in a tray and put in freezer. When it gets hard remove from freezer. Once it softens, beat it in mixie again. Pour it in the tray and freeze it till it gets hard. Remove it from the freezer, add essence and food colour and beat it in mixie. Freeze it again for the last time. It's now ready to be served.
Variation 1: Fruity ice cream
Cut mango or any other fruit 200gms
When you beat the icecream for the 3rd time, add the fruit and beat well and set in freezer.
Variation 2: Multi colour/flavour ice cream
If you want many colours and many flovour, separate the ice cream into 3 portions before beating it for the 3rd time in mixie. Add different fruits and colours and beat separately.
First put one portion and set it in freezer. When it gets slightly hard, pour another portion onto it and let it set. Repeat this for as many layers as you wish. To serve, make sure that you scoop it out from the bottom to get the various layers.
Important:
First set the freezer to high temp
Use whole milk only
Sugar should be finely powdered

Melting Moments.
Maida---140gms
Dalda -110gms
SUGAR -85GMS(Powdered)
Egg---- 1/2NO
B.P---- 1/4tsp.(bakingpwder)
Corh flakes --75gms
Venila essense fewdrops
Cream dalda and sugar till light and fluffy.
Add beaten egg and essense,beat well.
Work in Maida,B.P and mix to a smooth dough.
Devided into small portions. (about16NOS)and round them.
Wet the hands.Roll in crushed cornflakes.
Put on baking trays spread with paper.
Bake in a moderate oven 350deg(f) for 15-20 mnts(170.7C)
