Maida---140gms
Dalda -110gms
SUGAR -85GMS(Powdered)
Egg---- 1/2NO
B.P---- 1/4tsp.(bakingpwder)
Corh flakes --75gms
Venila essense fewdrops
Cream dalda and sugar till light and fluffy.
Add beaten egg and essense,beat well.
Work in Maida,B.P and mix to a smooth dough.
Devided into small portions. (about16NOS)and round them.
Wet the hands.Roll in crushed cornflakes.
Put on baking trays spread with paper.
Bake in a moderate oven 350deg(f) for 15-20 mnts(170.7C)
